Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

ZedLoaded Music (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the ZedLoaded Music website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by providing a written “Notice” containing the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL on ZedLoaded Music).
• Your contact information (Name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This must include your name, address, phone number, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ZedLoaded Music maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
