A LUSAKA businessman has dragged RTSA to the Lusaka High Court, demanding a declaration that the agency infringed on his copyrighted Single Road Tax Disc System. Muzenje Moyo also wants a declaration that the Single Road Tax Disc System copyright belongs to him and was duly registered. Moyo is further seeking damages for the unauthorised use of his copyrighted “Single Road Tax Disc System”.
